We worked with Claritza to purchase our first home. We loved that she was quick to reply to all questions, and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable with not only the market but with our loan the VA loan. She also was able to refer us to a lender to get us pre approved and then approved to purchase our home. The timeline was pretty quick in a wild market. We started looking in November 2021 and we got the keys to our condo in February 2022. Overall, our experience was great.
